Technical Support

TMI strives to provide the best possible customer and technical support services. We provide phone- and web-based technical support, remote trouble shooting (i.e., via dial-up networking or other network connections), and—of course—on-site support.

Phone-based Support

Technical support during the hours of 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST) provided by a TMI Support Specialist at the rate of $100 per hour (or via a previously negotiated support rate) billed in 15 minute increments.

On-Site Support

Technical support during normal business hours provided by a TMI Support Specialist at your office or designated site. On-Site support is billled at $100 per hour (or via a previously negotiated support rate) billed in 30 minute increments.

Disaster Recovery & Priority Support

Phone and/or on-site technical support during non-business hours, holidays, or weekends provided by a TMI Support Specialist at a rate of $200 per hour (or via a previously negotiated priority support rate).
