Technical Support
TMI strives to provide the best possible customer and technical support services. We
provide phone- and web-based technical support, remote trouble shooting (i.e., via dial-up
networking or other network connections), andof courseon-site support.
Phone-based Support
- Technical support during the hours of 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST) provided by a TMI Support
Specialist at the rate of $100 per hour (or via a previously negotiated support rate)
billed in 15 minute increments.

automated attendant answers, please press 6 and leave a detailed message regarding your
issue. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.

On-Site Support
- Technical support during normal business hours provided by a TMI Support Specialist at
your office or designated site. On-Site support is billled at $100 per hour (or via a
previously negotiated support rate) billed in 30 minute increments.

your issue. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Disaster Recovery & Priority Support
- Phone and/or on-site technical support during non-business hours, holidays, or weekends
provided by a TMI Support Specialist at a rate of $200 per hour (or via a previously
negotiated priority support rate).
